Nitesh Kumar founded Lexelence Associates to build an independent litigation practice centred on direct client relationships. Rather than routing matters through layers of associates, every case that enters this chamber is reviewed, strategised, and argued personally.
That approach has shaped a practice spanning civil disputes, criminal defence, matrimonial matters, property litigation, and consumer complaints, with an emphasis on early, realistic case assessment so that clients understand not just what is being argued, but why.
